Property Let Photography Policy
This policy outlines the terms and expectations for property photography services provided by Glencoe Media. By confirming a booking, the client agrees to the following conditions.
1. Quotes & Bookings
All quotes are based on the property details, requirements and scope of work agreed upon before the shoot.
Any additional services, photography requirements or changes to the original brief may incur additional charges.
A booking is only confirmed once agreed by Glencoe Media.
2. Property Preparation
The client is responsible for ensuring the property is fully cleaned, tidy and appropriately staged before the photographer arrives.
This includes:

Removing personal belongings, clutter and unnecessary items.

Ensuring all rooms are clean and presentable.

Making beds, arranging furniture and preparing decorative features.

Ensuring all areas requiring photography are accessible.

Ensuring suitable access to the property at the agreed time.
Glencoe Media is not responsible for cleaning, tidying, moving furniture or staging the property.
The property will be photographed in the condition in which it is presented upon arrival.
If the property is not suitably prepared upon arrival, Glencoe Media reserves the right to proceed with the shoot as presented or arrange a reshoot at an additional cost.
3. Photography & Editing
Glencoe Media will use professional judgement when selecting camera angles, compositions and lighting, aiming to deliver results consistent with the quality and style demonstrated in our portfolio.
All delivered photographs will receive appropriate professional editing, including adjustments to exposure, colour, perspective and overall presentation.
Significant digital alterations, removal of large objects, virtual staging or changes to the property's appearance are not included as standard.
4. Revisions
Clients are entitled to one round of reasonable minor revisions following the initial delivery of photographs.
Revisions may include small adjustments to brightness, colour, cropping or other minor editing details.
Requests for extensive retouching, additional photographs, alternative compositions or changes outside the original brief are not included.
Clients must submit their included revision requests before making final payment. Once payment has been received and the images released for download, the project will be considered complete. Any subsequent revision requests will be treated as additional work and charged separately.
5. Reshoots
Reshoots requested for any reason will be treated as a new booking and charged accordingly, except where required due to an error attributable to Glencoe Media.
Where a reshoot is required due to an error attributable to Glencoe Media, reasonable arrangements will be made to correct the issue at no additional cost.
6. Payment & Delivery
An invoice will be issued in accordance with the agreed quotation.
Payment must be made by the due date stated on the invoice.
Images will be available for preview following the shoot, allowing clients to review the photographs and request their included revisions. Final high-resolution images will only be made available for download once full payment has been received.
7. Image Usage
Unless otherwise agreed, the client receives a non-exclusive licence to use the delivered photographs for marketing and advertising the photographed property, including property listings, booking platforms, websites and social media.
Copyright remains with Glencoe Media.
Images must not be sold, transferred or licensed to unrelated third parties without prior written permission.
